NIRCO RECEIVED THE ILLINOIS RECOVERY ORIENTED SYSTEM OF CARE (ROSC) COUNCIL GRANT. THE CENTRAL FOCUS OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO CREATE AN INFRASTRUCTURE OR [:DBQUOTE:]SYSTEM OF CARE[:DBQUOTE:]. WITH THE RESOURCES TO EFFECTVELY ADDDRESS THE FULL RANGE OF SUBSTANCE USE PROBLEMS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITIES. THIS INCLUDES BUILLDING A CULTURE THAT BUILD AND NURTURES RECOVERY AND SUSTAINS A RECVERY AND SUSTAIN A RECOVERY-ORIENTED SYSTEM OF CARE.
NIRCO RECEIVE THE RESTORE REINVEST, AND RENEW (R3) GRANT. THE CENTRAL FOCUS OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO ADDRESS THE R3 PROGRAM PRIORITIES MOST RELEVANT COMMUNITIES. THE PROGRAM PRIORITIES ARE CIVIL AID ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, REENTRY VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT.
