NIRCO RECEIVED THE ILLINOIS RECOVERY ORIENTED SYSTEM OF CARE (ROSC) COUNCIL GRANT. THE CENTRAL FOCUS OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO CREATE AN INFRASTRUCTURE OF SYSTEM OF CARE WITH THE RESOURCES TO EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS THE FULL RANGE OF SUBSTANCE USE PROBLEMS
