ASSISTING THOSE DISPLACED DUE TO FLOODING OF THE MISSOURI AND ELKHORN RIVERS DURING THE SPRING OF 2019 INCLUDING THE CLEAN-UP, REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION OF HOMES IN THE AFFECTED AREAS IN DOUGLAS COUNTY AND STORAGE OF FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS. THE ORGANIZATION'S WORK DONE IN THIS PAST FISCAL YEAR WAS DONE IN COORDINATION WITH THE KINGS GARDEN, A NON-PFORIT ORGANIZATION ALSO WORKING IN THE AREA. DURING THAT TIME DCCENDRG ASSISTED WITH REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORK ON 8 HOMES, UNTIL THEIR FUNDS WERE ESSENTIALLY DEPLETED.
