THE CORPORATION IS IRREVOCABLY DEDICATED TO AND IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES CONTRIBUTIONS AND GIFTS, AND DISTRIBUTES ITS FUNDS FOR PUBLIC, CHARITABLE, AND/OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.

AFTER THE ORIGINAL STANDS AT PAT CRAWFORD STADIUM AT BALLARD HIGH SCHOOL WERE CONDEMNED, WE BEGAN UNDERTAKING FUNDRAISING EFFORTS TO AID THE SCHOOL AND JCPS IN ADDING EXTRA AMENITIES ON TOP OF WHAT JCPS ORIGINALLY AGREED TO FUND FOR THE NEW STADIUM. THE ADDITIONAL AMENITIES INCLUDE A STATE OF THE ART TURF FIELD WHICH WILL SERVE AS HOME TO BALLARD'S FOOTBALL, SOCCER, FIELD HOCKEY, LACROSSE, AND MARCHING BAND PROGRAMS, IN ADDITION TO AN IMPROVED STADIUM ENTRANCE INCLUDING A DONOR BRICK WALKWAY. THE EXPENSES REFLECTED ABOVE INCURRED IN 2020 REPRESENT FEES PAID TO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS IN THE EARLY STAGES OF THE PROJECT, WITH AN EXPECTATION THAT THIS PROJECT IS FULLY COMPLETED DURING THE ORGANIZATION'S 2021 TAX YEAR.
OUR ORGANIZATION HAS CONTINUED TO SUPPORT BALLARD HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH MISCELLANEOUS AVENUES SUCH AS 1) ENHANCING CONNECTIVITY AMONG THE BALLARD FACULTY THROUGHOUT THE PANDEMIC AS A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF INSTRUCTION HAS OCCURRED VIRTUALLY THROUGH NON-TRADITIONAL INSTRUCTION. 2) ASSISTING IN A FINANCIAL CAPACITY WITH TARGETED NEEDS, SUCH AS NEW BOOKS FOR THE LIBRARY INVENTORY OR SUPPLIES FOR THE ART DEPARTMENT 3. OTHER MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS EXPENSES ABOVE REFLECT OUR CONTRIBUTIONS DURING THE 2021 TAX YEAR WITH RESPECT TO THESE EFFORTS.
