H.E.L.P. INTERNATIONAL COLLECTS AND DISTRIBUTES USED ITEMS FOR THOSE IN NEED LOCALLY AND GLOBALLY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PARTNERING WITH OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, SENDING MISSIONS TEAMS, AND SHIPPING CONTAINERS OF GOODS OVERSEAS TO THE AREAS OF IDENTIFIED NEED.
H.E.L.P. INTERNATIONAL OPERATES A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN EASTERN UGANDA. THIS INCLUDES A GRADE SCHOOL, SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL, AN ORPHANAGE, A VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM, AND A FEEDING PROGRAM THAT SERVICES OVER 700 CHILDREN DAILY. PLANS FOR BUILDING AND UPGRADING A MEDICAL CLINIC IN THE SAME COMMUNITY ARE ALSO UNDERWAY.
