INITIATED THE MASTER PLAN PROCESS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE LAKE FORK EARTH AND SKY LEARNING CENTER AND THE ASSOCIATED OBERVATORY SITE AT SLUMGULLION PASS, TO BE COMPLETED IN 2022.
