IN 2023, THE CRUSH ORGANIZATION FIELDED 1 TEAM OF 12 GIRLS TO COMPETE IN INVITATIONAL, AND STATE TOURNAMENTS AT THE 14U LEVEL. THE TEAM PLAYED DURING THE SUMMER AND FALL MONTHS TRAVELING TO WASHINGTON, OREGON, MONTANA AND SOUTHERN IDAHO, AS WELL AS PLAYING IN THEIR HOME TOWN IN NORTH IDAHO. THEY PLAYED IN 8 TOURNAMENTS AVERAGING 5 GAMES PER TOURNAMENT. THE COACHING STAFF PARTICIPATED IN WEEKLY COACHES MEETINGS AND SKILL SESSIONS. CRUSH CONTINUES TO STRIVE FOR TEAMWORK AS THE GIRLS TRAVEL AND EAT TOGETHER AS A TEAM. THEY LEARN HOW TO GET ALONG WITH TEAMMATES AND RESPECT THEIR COACHES, UMPIRES, AND PARENTS. IN THE FALL OF 2023, THE CRUSH ORGANIZATION ADDED A 10U TEAM. NEW COACHES WERE TRAINED AND PLAYERS PARTICIPATED IN PRACTICES. BIG SIS/ LITTLE SIS PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED FOR THE 14U PLAYERS TO MENTOR THE 10U PLAYERS.
