IT IS OUR MISSION TO TEACH THE GAME OF BASEBALL AND CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOUNG BASEBALL PLAYERS CAN WORK TO ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS OF PLAYING COLLEGE OR PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL.

SEATTLE SELECT BASEBALL WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPOSURE WHILE COMPETING AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF YOUTH BASEBALL WHILE INSTILLING DISCIPLINE, TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, AND INTEGRITY. IN THE 2022-2023 SEASON, SEATTLE SELECT BASEBALL FIELDED TEAMS WITH OVER 169 PLAYERS. THESE PLAYERS PARTICIPATED IN WASHINGTON STATE, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS, WINNING VARIOUS LEVEL TITLES. THE SEATTLE SELECT BASEBALL CLUB CAPITALIZED ON THE HARD WORK OF THE COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS, AND THE BOARD IN THE EFFORTS TO RETHINK AND IMPLEMENT WAYS THE CLUB COULD CONTINUE TO DEVELOP BASEBALL PLAYERS THAT CAN COMPETE AT THE COLLEGE AND MLB LEVELS SAFELY. THIS PAST SEASON, SEATTLE SELECT INTRODUCED AN ACADEMY TRAINING PROGRAM THAT PROVIDED PLAYERS THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT OF OPPORTUNITIES TO TRAIN THROUGHOUT THE FALL AND WINTER, VASTLY IMPROVING PLAYERS' SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE. THE RESULTS OF DEVELOPING A SOLID PROGRAM OF ATHLETICS AND ACADEMICS AGAIN GRADUATED SENIORS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY COLLEGE BASEBALL. SEATTLE SELECT BASEBALL CLUB CONTINUED TO REVISE ITS PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE THE CLUB'S PERFORMANCE AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. THE CLUB SPONSORS PLAYERS TO PROVIDE PARTICIPATION TO KIDS OF EVERY SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS. AS A 501(C)(3), WE UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT DONATIONS ARE, SO WE WERE A KEY SPONSOR OF A YOUTH SPORTS TEAM AT THE LOCAL EDMONDS BOYS & GIRLS CLUB.
