THE MISSION OF HCCI IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL PEOPLE AS WELL AS TO RECOGNIZE, CELEBRATE, AND PRESERVE LATINO ARTS, HERITAGE, CULTURE AND VALUES. THE ORGANIZATION ACTS AS A CULTURAL BRIDGE BETWEEN THE HISPANIC (LATINO) POPULATION AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. PART OF THE VISION IS TO DEVELOP CULTURAL PRIDE AND LEADERSHIP AMONG HISPANIC (LATINO) YOUTH IN EFFORT TO MOTIVATE THEM TO MAKE BETTER CHOICES IN LIFE.
