BEING MAIN CONDUIT INTO THE COMMUNITY - REPORTING ON THE ACTIVITIES AND GOALS OF THE NIKKEI HERITAGE ASSOCIATION, SOLICITING COMMUNITY INPUT/ PARTICIPATION AND CULTIVATING VOLUNTEERS AND DONORS FOR THE PROJECT.
