CELEBRATING LIFEIN RECOVERY/MISSION TO THE CITIES-- THIS MULTI-FACETED OUTREACH OF TRUE STEP MINISTRIES EDUCATES PEOPLE OF ALL AGES ON THE CORE ISSUES OF TRAUMA, DYSFUNCTION, AND ADDICTION. AN EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON WAYS TO REACH OUT INTO THE COMMUNITY, HELP THOSE YOU LOVE, AND HOW TO HEAL BY PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: (1) SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS AT PRISONS, JAILS, JUVENILE CENTERS, SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, COMMUNITY CENTERS, REHAB CENTERS, CAMP MEETINGS, WOMANS/MENTS RETREATS, ETC., AND (2) PERSONAL LIFE COACHING.TSM ALSO DEVELOPS TRAINING VIDEOS FOR THOSE WORKING WITH AT RISK FOLKS, CHURCH LEADERSHIP, AND THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE ALSO ENCOURAGES GROUPS/INDIVIDUALS TO CREATE CENTERS OF INFLUENCE TO HELP WITH SPECIFIC NEEDS.
STAR RANCH: SAVING THOSE AT-RISK THIS IS AN EQUINE THERAPY PROGAM. AT STAR RANCH WE WORK WITH AT-RISK YOUTH AND ADULTS TO GENTLY OFFER HEALING THROUGH WORKING WITH HORSES. PARTICIPANTS EXPLORE ISSUES SUCH AS TRUST, RESPONSIBILITY, CONFIDENCE, AND EXPECTATIONS AS THEY LEARN TO CARE FOR AND BOND WITH THESE ANIMALS. PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE CHILDREN, TEENS, AND ADULTS DEALING WITH DOMESTIC ABUSE, RECOVERY, PHYSICAL, AND EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES. MILITARY VETERANS WITH PTSD FIND HEALING THROUGH CONNECTIONS AND FRIENDSHIPS WITH THE EQUINE ASSISTED PROGRAM. 25 PARTICIPANTS HELPED IN 2021.
STAR STUDIOS PRODUCTIONS TRUE STEP MINISTRIES HAS SEVERAL MEDIA OUTLETS AND PROJECTS. DURING THESE PROJECTS THEY ARE ENCOURAGED TO HEAL FROM THEIR PAIN AND GROW IN THEIR ABILITY TO ARTICULATE THEIR HEALING. THEY ARE THEN ENCOURAGED TO TAKE THAT KNOWLEDGE AND GO OUT INTO THE COMMUNITY TO HELP OTHERS. THE MEDIA OUTLETS INCLUDE TELEVISION, RADIO, POD-CASTING, AND LIVE STREAMING. TRUE STEP CURRENTLY HAS A WORLDWIDE MEDIA PRESENCE ON FIVE NETWORKS: (1) 3 ANGLES BROADCASTING NETWORK, (2) DARE2DREAM, (3) HOPE TV, (4) 3ABN RADIO, AND (5) FAITH FIRST IN NEW ZEALAND.TRUE STEP MINISTRIES ALSO DEVELOPS TRAINING VIDEOS FOR THOSE WORKING WITH AT RISK FOLKS, CHURCH LEADERSHIP, AND THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE.
