THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS INSPIRED LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER-DRIVEN VALUE, INNOVATION, TRANSFORMATION SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES, AND LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY.

SUMMER INSTITUTE IS A UNIQUE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE DESIGNED FOR CEOS AND THEIR TEAMS TO LEARN FROM WORLD CLASS LEARNING PARTNERS. DURING THE PROGRAM, TEAMS PARTICIPATE IN INTERACTIVE LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND DISCUSS KEY CONCEPTS IN ORDER TO TRANSLATE THEM INTO ACTIONABLE SOLUTIONS THAT FIT THEIR INSTITUTIONS NEEDS. APPROXIMATELY 200 ATTENDEES AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITTED FROM THIS PROGRAM.


CEO NETWORK SESSIONS


CEO/REPS MEETING IS AN ANNUAL FORUM FOR MEMBER CEOS AND INSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVES TO WORK WITH LEARNING PARTNER SENIOR EXECUTIVES TO DISCUSS THE CONCEPTS AND STRATEGIES THAT HAVE LED THEM TO ACHIEVE PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE. THIS ALLOWS MEMBER CEOS/REPS TO ADDRESS THEIR SPECIFIC LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES AND SHAPE LEARNING FOR THE SUMMER INSTITUTE. APPROXIMATELY 80 INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITTED FROM THIS PROGRAM.


DEEP DIVE SESSIONS ARE FOR MEMBER CEOS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND INVITED GUESTS. THEY ARE A THINK TANK SESSION/ENVIRONMENT WHERE A PARTICULAR TOPIC OF INTEREST AND RELEVANCE IS DRILLED DOWN ON. OFTEN THEY ARE HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR SUMMER INSTITUTE, TO INTRODUCE OR FOLLOW UP ON A THEME OR TOPIC.
