TO EXPAND AND IMPROVE THE COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM OF QUALITY EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES FOR FAMILIES IN BOULDER COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION ACTS AS THE COUNTYWIDE CONVENER FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM: PROVIDED LICENSED CHILD CARE CENTERS AND.FAMILY CHILD CARE HOMES WITH RESOURCES TO IMPROVE: 1) THE QUALITY OF THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT; 2) PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR STAFF; AND 3) FAMILY .PARTNERSHIPS - AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE COLORADO SHINES QUALITY RATING ASSESSMENT AT NO COST.


PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: PROMOTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECOGNIZED.CAREER PATHS THAT INCLUDE COLLEGE LEVEL COURSEWORK ACHIEVEMENT FOR EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION PROVIDERS IN BOULDER COUNTY; INCLUDING INFORMATION AND OUTREACH, FINANCIAL INCENTIVES AND SCHOLARSHIPS, AND TO LOW COST COMMUNITY BASED TRAINING SERIES; PROVIDED EXPANDING QUALITY INFANT TODDLER CAREGIVING TRAINING FOR EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION PROVIDERS IN BOULDER COUNTY, INCLUDING FOUR (4) 48 HOUR EQIT CLASSES PER YEAR AND FOLLOW UP COACHING.
