SYSTEMS BUILDING PROGRAM:SERVED AS COUNTY-WIDE CONVENER FOR THE EARLY CHILDHOOD COLLECTIVE IMPACT COLLABORATION; DEVELOPED FUNDING STRATEGIES; INFLUENCED POLICY; BUILT PUBLIC AWARENESS; PROVIDED COMMUNITY ACCOUNTABILITY.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM: PROVIDED LICENSED CHILD CARE CENTERS AND.FAMILY CHILD CARE HOMES WITH RESOURCES TO IMPROVE: 1) THE QUALITY OF THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT; 2) PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR STAFF; AND 3) FAMILY .PARTNERSHIPS - AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE COLORADO SHINES QUALITY RATING ASSESSMENT AT NO COST.


CHILD CARE RESOURCE & REFERRAL PROGRAM: SUPPORTED THE INFORMATION NEEDS OF LOCAL FAMILIES THAT NEED CHILD CARE REFERRAL SERVICES; SUPPORTED THE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF THE LOCAL EARLY CHILDHOOD WORKFORCE AND PROGRAMS; AND ENSURED ACCURATE LOCAL CHILD CARE DATA IN COLORADO SHINES LICENSING SYSTEM.
