OUR MISSION IS TO TELL THE STORY OF THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE HUMPHREY FAMILY AND THEIR HOME, THE KINNIKINNICK RANCH. OUR VISION IS TO PRESENT LIVING HISTORY EXPERIENCES THAT ENGAGE, ENTERTAIN AND EDUCATE OUR VISITORS ON THE HISTORY AND CHALLENGES OUR MOUNTAIN FOUNDERS FACED THROUGH THE STORY OF THE HUMPHREY FAMILY.

PRESERVATION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE HISTORIC HOUSE, THE KINNIKINNICK RANCH AND THE HUMPHREY FAMILY'S HISTORY IS THE PRIMARY PROGRAM SERVICE OF THE MUSEUM. THE MUSEUM IS OPEN TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY FROM 10 AM TO 4 PM WITH GUIDED TOURS OF THE HUMPHREY HOME AT 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM. SELF GUIDED TOURS OF THE KINNIKINNICK RANCH ARE AVAILABLE DURING PARK HOURS. LIVING HISTORY INTERPRETATION ALLOWS VISITORS TO EXPERIENCE EARLY 20TH CENTURY LIFE AT MANY ACTIVITY STATIONS IN THE CIRCLE OF HISTORY.
EVENTS AND CLASSES ARE THE SECONDARY PROGRAM SERVICE OF THE MUSEUM. PROGRAMS FOCUS ON THE SHARED COMMUNITY HISTORY HIGHLIGHTING THOSE FACTORS THAT DIRECTLY IMPACTED HOW AND WHY EVERGREEN DEVELOPED DURING THE 20TH CENTURY THROUGH THE EYES OF THE HUMPHREY FAMILY. IN 2021 THE MUSEUM HAD 237 VISITORS COMPRISED OF 7 CHILDREN, 41 ADULTS, 27 SENIORS, 37 MEMBERS. 44 PEOPLE ATTENDED TEAS AND 62 PEOPLE ATTENDED EVENTS. THE MUSEUM CONDUCTED 1 CLASS AND HELD 1 SPECIAL EVENT.
