PROVIDES WAREHOUSES AT WHICH PEOPLE IN DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN OBTAIN FREE FOOD AND RELATED NON-FOOD HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. ALL FOOD IS DISTRIBUTED TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS IT. NO DISTINCTION OR DISCRIMINATION IN DISTRIBUTION IS TOLERATED.
