SERVING THE HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF WESTERN COLORADO AND EASTERN UTAH FOR OVER 120 YEARS, SMMC IS A FAITH-BASED, NON-PROFIT PROVIDER AND IS PART OF LEGACY SCL HEALTH, WHO MERGED WITH INTERMOUNTAIN HEALTH IN 2022.
