COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF ONE MODULAR HOME AND DESIGNED, PURCHASED, AND INSTALLED A SECOND MODULAR HOME FOR FUTURE SALE TO AN APPLICANT FAMILY. CONSTRUCTION LOANS AND DONATIONS SUPPORTED AN ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT OF $206,963 (HOUSE #1: $48,629; HOUSE #2: $158,334)IN THESE TWO HOMES.
PURCHASED AN EXISTING HOME FOR FUTURE RENOVATION AND SALE AND/OR RENTAL TO AN APPLICANT FAMILY. A CONSTRUCTION LOAN SUPPORTED AN INVESTMENT IN THE PURCHASE OF THIS HOME OF $133,801.
