EDUCATOR PATHWAY PROGRAM - IN PARTNERSHIP WITH COLLEGE UNBOUND, EQUITY INSTITUTE EXECUTED THE TA TO BA PROGRAM WITH TEACHER ASSISTANTS AND SCHOOL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS IN RHODE ISLAND AND PHILADELPHIA, PA. OUR EDUCATOR PATHWAY PROGRAM HELPS NON-CERTIFIED SCHOOL-BASED PROFESSIONALS AND YOUTH WORKERS EARN THE NECESSARY DEGREES AND CREDENTIALS TO BECOME CERTIFIED CLASSROOM-BASED EDUCATORS.


EQUITY LEARNING LABS - EQUITY INSTITUTE FACILITATEED LEARNING EXPERIENCES TO EXPLORE AND DEVELOP AN UNDERSTANDING OF EDUCATIONAL EQUITY AND ANTI-RACISM AND HOW IT SUPPORTS THE ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF ALL LEARNERS. OUR TRAINING SESSIONS ARE CONTAINERS FOR SELF-REFLECTION AND THE INTERPERSONAL EXCHANGE NECESSARY TO BUILD BRIDGES TOWARDS SYSTEMS CHANGE. EACH SESSION IS DESIGNED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS GAIN FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO DESIGN CHANGE.


RE-GENERATION - RE-GENERATION IS A PEOPLE-CENTERED INITIATIVE FOCUSED ON EDUCATION THAT WORKS AT THE INTERSECTION OF ALL FIELDS TO UNITE, SUPPORT, AND EMPOWER PEOPLE FROM HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES. RE*GENERATION'S CORE PROGRAMMING CONSISTS OF MONTHLY MEETUPS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR THAT FOCUS ON GROWING MEMBERS' PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS; DEVELOPING THEIR CAPACITY TO ADVOCATE FOR EDUCATIONAL EQUITY; AND HELPING THEM UNDERSTAND THEIR LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL.
