OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES:OUTPATIENT SERVICES HAVIORAL HEALTH AND/OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ASSESSMENT, TREATMENT PLANNING, THERAPY (INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, FAMILY), CASE MANAGEMENT, PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION SERVICES, PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES, MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, ARE PROVIDED TO PATIENTS WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND/OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE CONCERNS BY A TEAM OF LICENSED CLINICAL PROVIDERS. A BROAD ARRAY OF SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN PERSON AND VIA TELEHEALTH TO PATIENTS TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN THEIR BEMENTORING AND CARE NAVIGATION/COORDINATION FOR CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, AND ADULTS.
COMMUNITY INITIATIVES:EAGLE VALLEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (EVBH) IS LEADING A COMMUNITY COLLABORATIVE OF MORE THAN 30 ORGANIZATIONS WORKING IN A COLLECTIVE IMPACT FRAMEWORK TO TRANSFORM THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SYSTEM OF CARE (MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE) IN EAGLE COUNTY. EVBH PROVIDES FUNDING TO COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO IMPROVE THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SYSTEM THROUGH KEY INITIATIVES INCLUDING INCREASED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDER ACCESS AND CAPACITY, INCREASED OPPORTUNITIES FOR PREVENTATIVE EDUCATION, 24/7 CRISIS CO-RESPONSE RESPONSE AND ENHANCED SCHOOL BASED SERVICES. IN ADDITION, OLIVIA'S FUND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANYONE WHO LIVES OR WORKS IN EAGLE COUNTY AND FACES A FINANCIAL BARRIER TO SEEKING MENTAL HEALTH AND/OR SUBSTANCE USE OUTPATIENT SERVICES. THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM PAYS FOR UP TO SIX SESSIONS PER PERSON PER YEAR.
MOUNTAIN STRONG EAP:AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) EXISTS FOR EMPLOYERS IN THE EAGLE RIVER VALLEY TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS, FAMILY AND COUPLES THERAPY, AS WELL AS FOR MEDICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES. PARTICIPATING EMPLOYEES AND DEPENDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE SIX FREE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SESSIONS PER INCIDENT WITH A ROBUST PANEL OF EXPERIENCED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS. MOUNTAIN STRONG ENSURES THAT ALL IN-NETWORK BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS ARE APPROPRIATELY LICENSED, REGISTERED AND INSURED. PROVIDERS COME FROM PRIVATE PRACTICE, SOME LIVE/WORK IN EAGLE COUNTY, WHILE OTHERS RESIDE IN THE DENVER METRO AREA, OR IN OTHER STATES (LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN COLORADO THROUGH TELETHERAPY) TO ENSURE A DIVERSE AND QUALIFIED POOL OF CLINICIANS.
