ESTABLISH STANDARDS FOR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION FOR ENTRY LEVEL IN HOME CAREGIVERS. DEVELOP TRAINING PROGRAMS, PROVIDE TRAINING, STANDARDS OF ETHICAL TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATION OF TRAINING. ESTABLISH A CAREER PATH FOR THOSE THAT SPEND THEIR LIVES AS IN HOME CAREGIVERS. INCREASE ENROLLMENT OF OUR NATION'S COLLEGE STUDENTS TO WORK AS IN HOME CAREGIVERS, FULL OR PART TIME, AND INCREASE ENROLLMENT WITH EACH SUBSEQUENT YEAR. THREE CAREGIVERS WERE TRAINED AND IN USE DURING 2021.
