BY EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC, POLICY MAKERS AND REGULATORS ABOUT THE BENEFICIAL IMPACTS ANGLING HAS ON MINNESOTA'S QUALITY OF LIFE, MN-FISH ADVOCATES FOR THE DESIRES OF ITS MEMBERS TO IMPROVE FISHING, FISH MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY ACCESS TO OUR PUBLIC RESOURCES.MN-FISH STAYS IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ITS 5,000 MEMBERS THROUGH EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA SO WE CAN SHARE NEW AND DEVELOPING INFORMATION IMPORTANT TO THE ANGLING COMMUNITY AND UPDATES ON MN-FISH ACTIVITIES.ANNUALLY MN-FISH HOLDS AN "ANGLERS SUMMIT" THAT INCLUDES PRESENTATIONS BY THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES (DNR) WHO SHARE FISHERIES MANAGEMENT DESCISIONS AND PROSPECTIVES ON FISHERIES MANAGEMENT NEEDS.
