ORGANIZATION ACTIVITIES INCLUDED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWINGS:* PERIODIC MEETINGS BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO PLAN AND ORGANIZE ANNUAL AGENDA AND MEMBER ACTIVITIES.* PERIODIC WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS FOR THE MEMBERS TO STAY UP-TO-DATE ON INDUSTRY NEWS AND REGULATORY CHANGES.* ANNUAL GATHERINGS TO PROMOTE MEMBER RELATIONSHIP AND SHARE TRADE INFORMATION.* TO PROMOTE CHARITABLE EVENTS AND FUNDRAISES TO HELP THOSE IN NEEDS AND UPLIFT SOCIAL AWARENESS.ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS WILL BE COORDINATED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DURING ITS MEETINGS, AND EXECUTED THROUGHOUT EACH FISCAL YEAR. MEETING LOCATIONS WILL ROTATE WITHIN THE NORTH AMERICA GEOGRAPHIC REGIONS, WHICH WOULD INCLUDE TOURS OF LOCAL HOTELS TO LEARN VARIOUS OPERATIONS BY REGIONS AND CULTURE DIFFERENCES.
