OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE BEDS TO DISADVANTAGED AND CHILDREN IN NEED BY RAISING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF BEDS OR SOLICITING IN-KIND DONATIONS OF BEDS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A TWIN MATTRESS,BED FRAME, BEDDING, AND PILLOW AT NO COST TO THE CHILDREN IN NEED WHO MIGHT OTHERWISE SUFFER THE NEGATIVE PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL EFFECTS OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION. THESE INDIVIDUALS MAY INCLUDE CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 AND 16 WHO ARE WITHOUT BEDS AND FAMILIES WHO EARN LOW INCOMES, LIVE IN POVERTY, OR ARE TRANSITIONING FROM HOMELESSNESS. IN ORDER TO ALIGN THIS ACTIVITY TO ITS CHARITABLE AIMS AND EXPAND THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS IMPACTED BY ATTRACTING DONATIONS FROM THE BROADER PUBLIC. A HOPE TO DREAM, INC. WAS FORMALLY INCORPORATED AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION TO OPERATE AS A SECTION 501(C)(3) CHARITY TO RUN THIS PROGRAM.
