FOR THE THIRD YEAR, IRNA OFFERED THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE A HIPAA COMPLIANT ZOOM LICENSE AS A BENEFIT TO OUR MEMBERS AS THEY CONTINUE TO NAVIGATE THEIR WORK IN THE COVID-19 ERA. A NEW MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM BASED ON PROFESSIONAL PROGRESSION WAS DEVELOPED, TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN 2023.
JUSTICE, EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION (JEDI) DEI CONTRACTOR, JESSE MOLINA, CONDUCTED A DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION AUDIT OF IRNA AND THE GREATER IMAGO COMMUNITY FOLLOWED BY A 9-MONTH RACIAL JUSTICE EDUCATION SERIES FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. THE AUDIT RESULTED IN 14 CONCRETE RECOMMENDATIONS TO HELP IRNA BECOME A TRULY ANTI-RACIST ORGANIZTION WHICH WILL BE PUT INTO ACTION BEGINNING IN 2023.

WEBINAR TOPICS COVERED A RANGE OF TOPICS INCLUDING ETHICS AND COUPLES THERAPY, PARENTING, USING KETAMINE IN COUPLES THERAPY, AND MANY MORE. RECORDED WEBINAR SALES INCREASED BY MORE THEN 30%.
IRNA CONTINUED TO SPONSOR THE INTRODUCTORY MODULE OF THE IMAGO CLINICAL TRAINING ONLINE, ENTROLLING NEARLY 70 NEW TRAINEES INTO THE PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, 2 SESSIONS EACH OF MODULES 2 AND 3 WERE ALSO OFFERED, WITH 39 INDIVIDUALS COMPLETING THE TRAINING PORTION OF THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS.
