AWI IS A RECRUITING, IT TRAINING, AND COACHING ORGANIZATION THAT FOCUSES ON PROFESSIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TO ENABLE OUR STUDENTS TO SUCCEED IN IT CAREERS AND ACHIEVE ECONOMIC FREEDOM. ACTIVATEWORK SUPPORTS CLIENTS WHOSE OVERLAPPING SOCIAL IDENTITIES INCLUDING RACE, GENDER, AND CLASS, CONTRIBUTE TO THE INEQUITIES THAT THEY FACE AND THEIR LACK OF OPPORTUNITIES IN THE WORKPLACE.
