JUMP MATH, INC.'S ACTIVITIES WILL CONSIST ENTIRELY OF FUNDRAISING AND GRANTMAKING EFFORTS TO FUND GRANTS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS TO FURTHER JUMP MATH, INC.'S MISSION OF HELPING ALL CHILDREN TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, BY ENCOURAGING AN UNDERSTANDING AND A LOVE OF MATH IN STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS. EACH GRANT WILL REQUIRE A GRANT PROPOSAL WITH INFORMATION REGARDING THE ACTIVITY OR PROGRAM PROPOSED, AND GRANTS WILL BE PAID BASED ON A PAYMENT SCHEDULE THAT WILL BE APPROPRIATE FOR THE PARTICULAR ACTIVITY OR PROGRAM. GRANTS TO FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A GRANT RESTRICTION AGREEMENT WITH A PROVISION SIMILAR TO THE ONE INDICATED FOR USE FOR INTERNATIONAL GRANTS IN THE EXAMPLE GRANT RESTRICTION AGREEMENT.
