SALE OF FIRST HOME - WE SOLD OUR FIRST HOME AND EXECUTED OUR FIRST GROUND LEASE WITH RESALE RESTRICTIONS ENSURING THAT THE HOME REMAINS PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE. PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES - WE PURCHASED TWO EXISTING HOMES IN THE EAST END NEIGHBORHOOD AND BEGAN RENOVATIONS ON BOTH. CREATION OF A HOME REPAIR PROGRAM AND A COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM - WE ESTABLISHED TWO NEW INITIATIVES: A HOME REPAIR PROGRAM WITHIN OUR TWO NEIGHBORHOOD-BASED FUNDS AND A COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM.
