AGREED TO TEMPORAILY ADMINISTER DONATIONS AND PAYMENTS FOR TRANSIT INITIATIVES, A US CORPORATION, WHILE THEY WAITED FOR THIER IRS 501(C)3 STATUS TO BE APPROVED, BECAUSE HIGHLY AT RISK AFGHANS WERE IN DANGER AFTER THE US DEPARTURE FROM AFGHANISTAN IN AUGUST 2021 NEEDED ASSISTANCE TO SURVIVE AND ESCAPE FROM AFGHANISTAN. THE AGREEMENT TO ASSIST ENDED WHEN TRANSIT INIATIVIES RECEIVED 501(C)3 APPROVAL. ALL FINANCIAL ACTIVITY WAS FROM SEPTEMBER 2021 TO JANUARY 2022.
