CVIIC HELPS IMMIGRANT FAMILIES WITH ACCESS TO NONPROFIT IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES AND TRUSTWOTHY INFORMATION WHILE ALSO CONTRIBUTING TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY TO SERVE IMMIGRANTS. THE ORGANIZATION FOLLOWS A MODEL OF REGIONAL COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION. IN 2021, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 19 FREE IMMIGRANTION LEGAL SERVICES WORKSHIPS SERVING A TOTAL OF 714 CLIENTS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 1,836 CLIENTS WITH IMMIGRATION SCREENINGS AND APPLICATION ASSISTANCE.

IN 2021, THE HEALTH TASK FORCE OFFERED 3 MEETINGS AND 7 TRAININGS TO REGIONAL PARTNERS. A TOAL OF 207 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED THROUGH THE TRAININGS. IN EDUCATION AND OUTREACH, THE ORGANIZATION ENGAGED IN A 119 IN-PERSON OUTREACH EVENT, HELD 48 FACEBOOK LIVE EVENTS AND LAUNCHED AN EMAIL NEWSLETTER CAMPAIGN THAT REACHED ALL OVER THE CENTRAL VALLEY.
