ADU HOUSING PROJECT - IN 2019 SOUP HAD ACQUIRED TWO HOMES WHICH WERE RENTED IN 2020 TO LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS. WE STARTED CONSTRUCTION OF ADU'S ON THOSE TWO SITES AS WELL AS STARTING CONSTRUCTION ON THREE OTHER PROPERTIES THAT ARE OWNED BY HOMEOWNERS THAT DESIRED TO HAVE ADU'S CONSTRUCTED ON THEIR PROPERTY.
