OUR MISSION IS TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY EQUITY BY EMPOWERING OUR YOUTH THROUGH ACCESS, OPPORTUNITY, AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS,AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS, AND ALTERNATIVE OUTDOOR EDUCATION. OUR VISION IS TO PROVIDE MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCES FOR OUR YOUTH TO LEARN NEW SKILLS, BUILD SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND IMMERSED IN OPORTUNITIES THEY MAY HAVE NEVER HAD ACCESS TO BEFORE. THROUGH OUR PARTNERS, SPONSORTS, AND SUPPORTERS, WE CAN BUILD A COMMUNITY WHERE OUR YOUTH FEEL SAFE TO DISCOVER THE BEST VERSION OF THEMSELF.

2020 SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1. SUMMER PROGRAM 2020: WHILE ADHERING TO COVID -19 RESTRICTION, WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE A SAILING PROGRAM FOR 7 STUDENTS AND A ONE DAY PACKPACKING PREPARATION COURSE WITH A WILDERNESS GUIDE. 2. FUNDRAISING SUCCESS: MARIE LAMFROM FOUNDATION - 10,000; JUAN YOUNG TRUST - 5,000; THE AUTZEN FOUNDATION - 4,800; FRANZ BAKERY FOUNDATION - 2,500; ZERA FOUNDATION - 10,000; HENRY LEA HILLMAN JR. FOUNDATION - 10,000. 3. SETUP OF DIVERSE ADVISORY BOARD WITH 6 NEW MEMBERS 4. ONE OF OUR ALUMNI STUDENTS RECEIVED A DONATION OF A CATAMERAN SAIL BOAT 5. VOLUNTEER HOURS IN 2020: 3,048 BY MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, VOLUNTEERS AND DIETER WAIBLINGER 6. TOTAL DONATIONS IN 2020: 131,553.40
