CULTURAL AMENITIES ARE PROVEN TO INCREASE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES WHILE IMPROVING EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE FAMILIES OF OUR REGION ENGAGE IN, EXPLORE AND LEARN ABOUT NEW PASSIONS WHILE DISCOVERING NEW AND EXCITING CAREER CHOICES. OUR PARTNERS HELP TEACH OUR PATRONS WHAT THEY LOVE AND THAT CAREERS IN THOSE FIELDS ARE AVAILABLE RIGHT HERE AT HOME. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE US IN THE REGION. IN 2022, WE OPENED OUR PHASE 1 DOWNTOWN CREATIVE LAB WHERE WE HOLD MONTHLY THEMED EVENTS WHICH OPENS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BRING FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY INTO THE LAB TO EXPLORE OUR EXHIBITS AS WELL AS OFFERING VARIOUS LABS THAT ENHANCE LEARNING WHICH SUPPORTS STEAM BASED LEARNING.
