THE TRAINING CENTER FACILITY WAS FORMED TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER GOVERNMENT ENTITIES ON THE OWNERSHIP, USE, CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF FIREARMS; TO PROMOTE, ADVANCE AND ENCOURAGE FIREARM SAFETY; TO PROVIDE WORLD-CLASS TRAINING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER FIRST RESPONDERS IN VARIOUS DISCIPLINES OF FIREARMS COMPETENCE, INCLUDING JUDGMENT TRAINING AND RESPONSE TO ACTIVE SHOOTER SCENARIOS; TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED POLICE DOGS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND TO PROVIDE WORLD-CLASS TRAINING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT ON THE USE OF POLICE DOGS; TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH RESPECT TO FIREARMS SAFETY AND MARKSMANSHIP; AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITY THAT IS INCIDENTAL TO, CONNECTED WITH, OR IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES AND THAT IS ENTIRELY WITHIN THE SCOPE OF 26 U.S.C. 501 (C) (3).
