THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR NON-PROFIT PURPOSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO (I) THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC REGARDING REVITALIZATION TECHNIQUES, CONSERVATION OF, AND THE BENEFITS, IN GENERAL, OF DOWNTOWN ONANCOCK, VIRGINIA; (II) THE AVAILABILITY OF AND EXPOSURE TO THE ARTS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OF DOWNTOWN ONANCOCK, VIRGINIA; AND (III) THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND BEAUTIFICATION OF DOWNTOWN ONANCOCK, VIRGINIA. THE CORPORATION SHALL HAVE ALL THE POWERS GRANTED UNDER VA. CODE ANN. 13.1-826, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE STATUTE.
