IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021 OPERATIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA OPERATED TO DEVELOP SKILLED HUMAN CAPITAL AND TO BECOME A STRATEGIC PARTNER TO MANY KEY INDUSTRY PARTICIPANTS IN THE KINGDOM. AS OF THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021, THE LLC WILL PROVIDED THREE TYPES OF TRAINING PROGRAMS:1) A CORE DIPLOMA PROGRAM2) CERTAIN TRAINING ON A CUSTOMIZED BASIS TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR COMPANIES OR CONSTITUENCIES3) ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF SHORT SEMINARS OR COURSES THAT ARE STRUCTURED BY THIRD PARTIES AND WHICH MAY BE LED BY THIRD-PARTY FACULTY THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE PERSONNEL, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS.DURING THE YEAR WE CLOSELY MONITORED OUR OPERATIONS, OUR GOVERNMENTAL GUIDANCE AND RESTRICTIONS, THE CHANGING NEEDS OF INDUSTRY, AND ARE ACTIVELY WORKING TO ADDRESS ECONOMIC WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.
