THE ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO CARRY OUT THE PHILANTHROPIC VISION OF THE LATE EBBY HALLIDAY BY SUPPORTING CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND CAUSES THAT SHE WOULD HAVE SUPPORTED INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, (1) PROVIDING GRANTS AND OTHER SUPPORT SUCH AS THE RENT-FREE USE OF FACILITIES TO NORTH TEXAS CHARITIES THAT SERVICE WOMEN AND GIRLS, (2) PROVIDING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP RELIEF AND DISASTER ASSISTANCE GRANTS TO EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY SHE FOUNDED, EBBY HALLIDAY REALTORS, AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH INDIVIDUALS WHO SUFFER FINANCIAL NEEDS OR DISTRESS RESULTING FROM CATASTROPHIC EVENTS IN THEIR LIVES SUCH AS NATURAL OR CIVIL DISASTERS.
