LGBTQ EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: MOSSIER SUPPORTS LGBTQ JOB SEEKERS THROUGH CAREER FAIRS AND RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITIES. TO DATE, MOSSIER HAS CONNECTED MORE THAN 800 JOB SEEKERS WITH EMPLOYERS WHO HAVE MADE REAL COMMITMENTS TO LGBTQ INCLUSION. DURING THE PANDEMIC MOSSIER LAUNCHED A VIRTUAL QUEER CAREER FAIR ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS THAT ENGAGED OVER 100 EMPLOYERS. MOSSIER ALSO OPERATES A JOB BOARD FOR THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY AS WELL AS PROVIDES RESOURCES ON INTERVIEWING, RESUMES AND OTHER ASPECTS OF THE HIRING PROCESS FOR LGBTQ JOB SEEKERS.
LGBTQ TRAININGS AND EVENTS: PRE-PANDEMIC, MOSSIER CREATED THE PROUD TO WORK MINNESOTA CONFERENCE, BRINGING TOGETHER MORE THAN 500 LEADERS FROM HUMAN RESOURCES AND DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION DURING ITS THREE-YEAR RUN.
