INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM - COUNSELING PROVIDED BY LICENSED INDIVIDUALS PROVIDING MENTORING, COACHING, SUPPORT GROUPS, PARENTING CLASSES, JOB READINESS TRAINING, CHILD CARE REFERRAL, TRANSPORTATION, ASSISTANCE WITH ACCESS TO COMMUNITY HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICES & RESOURCES, CHANGE MOTIVATION, AND RELAPSE PREVENTION.
RECOVERY SHELTER - TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR ADDICTS TRANSITIONING FROM AN EMERGENCY ROOM OVERDOSE OR DETOX RELEASE, IN NEED OF A SAFE PLACE TO STAY UNTIL ENTERING A PROGRAM. CLIENTS ARE PROVIDED THE OPTION TO EAT, BATHE, AND SLEEP OVERSEEN BY C.O.R. STAFF. CLIENTS RECEIVE CLEAN CLOTHING, SUPPORT, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION SERVICES.
ASSESSMENTS AND AFTERCARE - POTENTIAL CLIENTS ARE SCREENED AND PROVIDED WITH A TREATMENT RECOMMENDATION. OF THE CLIENTS THAT PROCEED TO TREATMENT AND/OR GRADUATE THE PROGRAM, ALMOST ALL CONTINUE WITH AFTERCARE WHICH PROVIDES SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE FOR MAINTAINING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND RELATIONSHIPS.
