THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION, EDUCATION AND HEALTH SERVICES TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY AS WELL AS RESIDENTIAL AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES.
