PLI EXISTS TO GLORIFY GOD BY EDUCATING, EQUIPPING, AND MINISTERING TO IMMIGRANT AND REFUGEE FAMILIES. THEIR VISION IS TO SEE GOD'S LOVE BRING HOLISTIC TRANSFORMATION TO IMMIGRANT AND REFUGEE COMMUNITIES.

CHILDREN'S AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS. PRESTIGE LEARNING INSTITUTE(PLI) SHARES THE LOVE OF GOD WITH CHILDREN, ENCOURAGING THEIR PHYSICAL AND ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT USING CURRICULUM EMBEDDED WITH BIBLICAL TRUTH. PLI PROVIDES TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE, SUPPORTING ENTRY INTO THE U.S. SCHOOL SYSTEM. THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN GREW FROM 68 LAST YEAR TO 174 BY YEAR-END. PLI'S AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM PROVIDED TUTORING AND SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR 5-TO 12-YEAR-OLD KIDS THROUGH THEIR ACADEMIC-YEAR AFTER SCHOOL CLUB AND THEIR SUMMER ENGLISH CAMP. ADULT PROGRAMS - PLI WORKS WITH BOTH WOMEN AND MEN, EMPOWERING THEM TO THRIVE IN THE UNITED STATES. WOMEN'S ESL CLASSES GREW FROM 100 STUDENTS LAST YEAR TO 149 THIS YEAR; 94% OF THESE STUDENTS PASSED TO THE NEXT LEVEL. 14 OF THESE WOMEN MADE EXCEPTIONAL GAINS BY ADVANCING TWO LEVELS. 141 HOME VISITS WERE MADE TO CONNECT WITH REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT WOMEN, DEMONSTRATING GOD'S LOVE AND HELPING TO EQUIP THEM FOR A FULL LIFE IN THE U.S. PLI ALSO STARTED AN EXCITING NEW EVENING PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY FOR TEEN GIRLS. THIS YEAR THE ESL PROGRAM STARTED A NEW MEN'S ESL CLASS AND A NEW WOMEN'S DIGITAL LITERACY CLASS. THIRTEEN NEW INSTRUCTORS WERE TRAINED FOR THE ESL PROGRAM. FOR MORE INFORMATION SEE SCHEDULE O
