THE LARGEST PROGRAM IS THE ICR8 SUMMER & WINTER BOOT CAMP PROGRAM. ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE DIVERSE ASPIRANTS IN THE FIELD OF ADVERTISING AND MARKETING WITH THE EXPOSURE AND EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO SOLIDIFY CAREERS WITHIN THE ADVERTISING, MEDIA AND MARKETING INDUSTRY.
THE SECOND LARGEST PROGRAM IS THE ICR8 WORKSHOP. THIS IS AN ANNUAL SPORTS MARKETING WORKSHOP PROVIDED AT NO COST TO PARTICIPANTS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES A DIVERSE GROUP OF ROUGHLY 30 PARTICIPANTS EXPOSURE AND NETWORKING WITH LEADERS WITHIN THE MARKETING, MEDIA AND ADVERTISING INDUSTRY.
THE THIRD LARGEST PROGRAM IS THE SOUND BITE PROGRAM WHICH IS A NATIONAL MGP ALUMNI INITIATIVE COMPRISED OF NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES THAT WERE CREATED TO GIVE PROGRAM ALUMNI A CHANCE TO CONNECT FACE TO FACE. THEY INVOLVE "LUNCH AND LEARN" STYLE FORUMS AND "SMALL-GROUP" GATHERINGS WHERE ALUMNI AND NETWORK MEMBERS CONNECT OVER RELEVANT ISSUES, TO AID IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL AND FORGING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS.
