THE CAMPBELL COUNTY DRUG FREE ALLIANCE (CCDFA) IMPLEMENTED EVIDENCE-BASED PREVENTION STRATEGIES THROUGHOUT THE CAMPBELL COUNTY COMMUNITY. ONE SUCH STRATEGY CONSISTED OF PARTNERING WITH LOCAL ALCOHOL RETAILERS AND WINERIES TO DISTRIBUTE WINE TOTES. THE TOTES WERE PROVIDED TO ADULTS AT SALE OF PURCHASE AND EACH HAD A PREVENTION MESSAGE ON IT ADDRESSING UNDERAGE DRINKING
