TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE THE ADOPTION OF OPEN, ACCESSIBLE STANDARDS ANDTO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE THE ADOPTION OF OPEN, ACCESSIBLE STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS RELATING TO THE REPORTING AND VERIFICATION OF STUDENT OUTCOMES OF POST-SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL ENTITIES; TO PROVIDE FOR TESTING AND CONFIRMITY ASSESSMENT OF IMPLEMENTATIONS IN ORDER TO ASSURE/FACILITATE COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH STANDARDS; TO OPERATE A BRANDING PROGRAM TO CREATE HIGH AWARENESS OF, DEMAND FOR, AND CONFIDENCE IN THE THE PRODUCTS DESIGNED BY THE STANDARDS.

CIRR IS A MEMBERSHIP-DRIVEN ORGANIZATION WHERE MEMBERS COMMIT TO OUTCOMES- DRIVEN REPORTING THAT IS TRANSPARENT AND CHECKED BY THIRD PARTIES. CIRR MEMBERS OFFER ACCELERATED, EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR TECH-RELATED SKILLS EDUCATION AND TRAINING. CIRR REQUIRES MEMBERS EVERY SIX MONTHS TO SUBMIT GRADUATION STATISTICS, 180-DAY JOB PLACEMENT OUTCOMES, AND THE MEDIAN SALARY OF 100% OF STUDENTS ENROLLING IN THE MEMBER SCHOOL'S PROGRAMS. THE STUDENT DATA SUBMITTED MUST BE SUPPORTED BY DOCUMENTATION RECORDS PREPARED ACCOORDING TO CIRR'S DATA STANDARDS. CIRR POSTS EACH MEMBER'S OUTSOME REPORTS TWICE A YEAR ON THE CIRR WEBSITE.

CIRR WILL DEVELOP AND POST AN INTERACTIVE MAP OF ALL CIRR AND NON-CIRR MEMBERS IN U.S. CITIES, INVITE NON-MEMBER SCHOOLS TO JOIN CIRR, RELEASE EMPLOYERS' INFORMATION AND EDUCATION CAMPAIGN IN TARGET CITIES, EDUCATE SCHOLARSHIP ORGANIZATIONS IN TARGET CITIES, AND PARTNER WITH RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS TO RELEASE UPDATED INFORMATION ON THE SIZE AND GEOGRAPHIC DISTRIBUTION OF CODING SCHOOLS.
