THE CHARITY WILL IMPLEMENT A COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES ENROLLEES OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN SKILLS IN DEALING WITH SUCH ISSUES. THE CHARITY MAY WORK WITH OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS OFFERING SIMILAR SERVICES TO DEVELOP SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS FOR SUCH INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES. APPLICANTS WILL BE AWARDED BASED PRIMARILY ON THE FINANCIAL NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S FAMILY AND THE LEVEL OF POTENTIAL NEEDS AND/OR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL OR OTHER POTENTIAL DISABILITIES OF THE INDIVIDUAL. THE CHARITY PLANS TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO VETERANS OR CURRENT SOLDIERS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO OBTAIN TREATMENT AND TO ADVANCE RESEARCH ON BEHAVIORAL TREATMENT OF SUCH ISSUES. SUCH SERVICES WILL ALSO INCLUDE PROFESSIONAL MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL THERAPY AND EDUCATION OFFERED BY LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.THE CHARITY PLANS TO RETAIN TRAINED AND EXPERIENCES CLINICIANS TO PROVIDE BEHAVIORAL TREATMENT AND EDUCATIONALINFORMATION, OFFER OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND RETREATS WHERE THESE AND OTHER SKILLS MAY BE LEARNED AND TO ALLOW THE SOLDIERS TO RECEIVE SIMILAR TREATMENTS, MANY OF WHICH ARE NOT COVERED BY COMMON INSURANCE POLICIES, AND THECHARITY PLANS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THESE VALUABLE TREATMENTS TO FAMILIES WITH FINANCIAL NEEDS.
