THE COMFORT ME PROGRAM PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS TO MOURN THE LOSS OF THEIR LOVED ONES BY TAKING THE FINANCIAL STRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MEMORIAL/CREMATION SERVICES OFF OF THEIR PLATE. ASSISTANCE IS GIVEN TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE FINANCIAL MEANS TO PAY FOR THESE END OF LIFE SERVICES.
CAMP GOOD GRIEF IS A FREE CAMP FOR CHILDREN AGES 5 TO 17 WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF A SIBLING, GRANDPARENT, AUNT, UNCLE, OR ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN IMPORTANT IN THEIR LIFE.CAMP GOOD GRIEF HELPS CHILDREN WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH THE DIFFICULT EMOTIONS OF A LOSS. AT CAMP, CHILDREN ARE ABLE TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES AND MEET OTHERS THEIR AGE DEALING WITH SIMILAR SITUATIONS.CAMP INCLUDES CONFIDENCE BUILDING PROGRAMS AND AGE BASED SUPPORT THAT HELPS KIDS TO BREAK THE ISOLATION THAT GRIEF OFTEN BRINGS. CHILDREN FIND A PLACE WHERE THEY HAVE A VOICE AND CAN START TO HEAL IN A SAFE AND FUN ENVIRONMENT.
THE SHELTER ME PROGRAM ALLOWS DISADVANTAGED HOSPICE PATIENTS THE PRIVILEGE OF PASSING IN THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOMES, REGARDLESS OF FINANCIAL ABILITY.THE SHELTER ME PROGRAM ACCOMODATES RENT AND MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, HOME REPAIRS, AND UTILITY PAYMENTS.
