WE DIRECTLY PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO NEWLY ARRIVED REFUGEES. THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT INCLUDES RENT, FURNISHINGS, OTHER HOUSEHOLD GOODS, PERSONAL HYGIENE, EDUCATION, TRANSPORTATION, UTILITIES, INTERNET, PHONE, AND OTHER LIVING EXPENSES. IN 2022, WE HELPED RESETTLE 28 FAMILIES, COMPRISING MORE THAN 107 INDIVIDUALS.


WE PROVIDED A ONE-TIME TUITION GRANT FOR THE SON OF A UKRAINIAN REFUGEE FAMILY TO COMPLETE HIS FINAL SEMESTER AT WESTCHESTER COMMUNITY COLLEGE

RECIPIENTS ARE NO LONGER BEING ASSISTED FINANCIALLY BY AN ORGANIZATION OR AGENCY AND THE GRANTS TYPICALLY HELP WITH CLASSES, CHILDCARE, TRAININGS, UNIFORMS, HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES OR MEDICATION, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, EMERGENCY RENT, MOVING EXPENSES ETC.
