A. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES SEPARATED AT THE BORDER BY DIRECTING OUR MEMBERS TO DONATE TO ORGANIZATIONS HELPING SAID FAMILIES. WE COLLECTED HUNDREDS OF TOY DONATIONS TO PROVIDE THEM TO CHILDREN IN CENTRAL TEXAS, HOSTED FOOD DRIVES FOR FAMILIES IN NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS, AND SOME OF OUR NORTH TEXAS GROUPS PROVIDED WATER AND OTHER MUTUAL AID ASSISTANCE TO TEXAS EARLY IN THE PANDEMIC. WE PROVIDED FREE, PUBLIC TRAINING ON HOW TO BECOME A DELEGATE IN A PARTY CONVENTION. WE ALSO PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS ABOUT THE STATE OF HEALTHCARE, HOW TO ORGANIZE FOR HEALTHCARE REFORM, HOW TO RUN FOR PUBLIC OFFICE, AND MORE. ALL OF THESE SEMINARS WERE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND WERE FREE. HUNDREDS ATTENDED.
