THE AIM OF EACH IS TO PROVIDE AN OBJECTIVE, DISPASSIONATE DISTILLATION OF THE LITERATURE RELATED TO THE CHOSEN TOPICS, AND FROM THIS TO PRODUCE CONSENSUS STATEMENTS THAT INTERPRET THE AVAILABLE DATA, IDENTIFY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS AND OFFER RECOMMENDATIONS TO IMPROVE PATIENT CARE.
