RESEARCH: RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT, VIABILITY, AND NONPARTISAN NATURE OF ELECTORAL REFORMS AND SPECIFIC ADVOCACY CAMPAIGNS AIMED AT INCREASING PARTICIPATION, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND COMPETITION IN OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE EVALUATION OF THE CAPABILITIES OF LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS DOING THIS WORK.
