THE MISSION OF UNITE AMERICA, INC. IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT COMMON SENSE SOLUTIONS TO SOME OF OUR NATION'S MOST PRESSING PUBLIC POLICY CHALLENGES, AND TO ACTIVATE GRASSTOPS SUPPORTERS AROUND THE COUNTRY TO ADVANCE IDEAS THAT CAN LEAD TO A MORE REPRESENTATIVE AND FUNCTIONAL GOVERNMENT.

PROGRAMMATIC GRANTMAKING: UNITE AMERICA INC. CONDUCTS DILIGENCE ON POTENTIAL GRANTS THAT CARRY OUT ITS MISSION THROUGH THE SUPPORT OF PROGRAMS THAT STRENGTHEN THE FIELD OF NONPARTISAN ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TO ADDRESS POLITICAL POLARIZATION AND PARTNERSHIP.


PARTNERSHIP BUILDING:COORDINATION AND SUPPORT OF A GROWING COMMUNITY OF NON-PARTISAN ORGANIZATIONS COMMITTED TO BRIDGING THE PARTISAN DIVIDE IN OUR COUNTRY, THROUGH REGULAR STRATEGIC CONSULTING, AMPLIFICATION OF OTHERS' WORK, IDENTIFICATION OF COLLABORATION AND PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES, AND INVESTMENTS IN PIECES OF SHARED INFRASTRUCTURE LIKE SHARED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND ONLINE JOB BOARDS.


RESEARCH: RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT, VIABILITY, AND NONPARTISAN NATURE OF ELECTORAL REFORMS AND SPECIFIC ADVOCACY CAMPAIGNS AIMED AT INCREASING PARTICIPATION, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND COMPETITION IN OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE EVALUATION OF THE CAPABILITIES OF LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS DOING THIS WORK. EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF CAMPAIGNS TO ADVANCE ELECTORAL REFORMS.


EDUCATION:EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH EARNED MEDIA AND THE CREATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DIGITAL CONTENT ABOUT THE ROOT CAUSES OF POLITICAL POLARIZATION, GRIDLOCK, AND OUR BROKEN POLITICAL SYSTEM, AND THE SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESSING THE BAD INCENTIVE STRUCTURES AND POOR LEADERSHIP THAT PREVENT GOOD GOVERNANCE ON THE MOST IMPORTANT PUBLIC POLICY PROBLEMS.
