THE PROGRAM IS TAUGHT BY CERTIFIED NOVA INSTRUCTORS. FREE SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED TO PARENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS BY SUBSCRIPTION.WORKING WITH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, NOVA REVIEWS THEIR EXISTING COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO INCREASE SUCCESS AMONG ADOLESCENTS.
